About the Birds

Pie Birds is a Brooklyn based pie company started by Jessica Giannone and Caitlin Bebb (the birds). We met while in an All-Female production of Shakespeare's Titus Andronicus, where Jessica's character was baked in a pie and Caitlin's character ate it. Pie making started soon after.

Now, Pie Birds is run by Jessica making whole pies and mini pies to order. Pies by Caitlin can be found at Night Owl Bakery.

Pie Birds baking philosophy is to bake simple pies, really well. Something passed down from a Ma, Grandma and even a Great Grandma.
